Our winemaking starts in the vineyard which is located at the heart of the golden triangle of the Cotes de Provence.; we are very meticulous with cultivation practices and we make every effort to obtain optimum grape quality, planting density, careful selection of grapes varieties At the various stages of the growing process, we carefully control the grapes quality, disbudding to manage the ratio quality/quantity. We weed off our parcels mechanically and perform leaf clearing to maximize the exposure to the sun. Harvesting is performed during the night, some grapes mechanically; some manually, the harvesting date is chosen each year, depending on analysis and grapes tasting. Then we do process to pressing the grapes and perform the vinification in our own facilities.
